Lingfield & Dormansland Community Centre are looking for a new Centre Manager, starting in March 2023, to be responsible for the day to day running of this busy and vibrant community centre in Lingfield.

This is a key role in the community centre team, working closely with the Trustees of the charity to manage the successful running of the centre and its finances.  Day to day responsibilities include dealing with visitors, customer enquiries and bookings along with overseeing buildings, maintenance and health and safety matters.  You will also line manage a small team of staff.  

The successful candidate should be enthusiastic with excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills as well as being committed to supporting the centre in its community role.

Part time – 20 Hours per week

Salary: £30,000 per annum (WTE) – pro rata (20 hours per week) £17,143
