Pilates

Pilates is an exercise system that focuses on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle-strength, flexibility and posture as well as relieve stress and tension.

We have several tutors teaching Pilates at various times throughout the week, some with specialist aims.  Please contact the tutors to discuss individual requirements and check there is space .
