Lingfield & Dormansland Community Centre have been selected to be part of  Community Matters at the East Grinstead branch of Waitrose during the coming month.

Every month, each Waitrose store donates £1,000 to be shared between 3 local good causes.   At the end of each shop, customers are given a token to place in a box of the good cause they’d most like to support – the more tokens a cause gets, the bigger the donation they receive.

LDCC Chairman, Ian Jones, says “We are delighted to be part of Community Matters.  Schemes like this enable us to continue providing a wide range of activities, services and support to the whole community.”

So if you shop at Waitrose in East Grinstead, please support us by placing your token in our section of the Community Matters box.  The scheme runs throughout the month of May.
