February’s Flix in the Stix is Edie, starring Sheila Hancock, will be screened at the Community Centre this Sunday 10th February at 3.30pm.

Sheila Hancock plays 83 year old Edie, who believes that it is never too late.  Packing an old camping bag, leaving her life behind and embarking on an adventure she never got to have she climbs the imposing Mount Suilven in Scotland.

Filmed on location on Mount Suilven in the Northern Scottish Highlands the film promises spectacular views along with a poignant story of a woman’s journey through her new-found freedom.
