The news couldn’t be better…. Doodledish Pottery painting has relocated from its studio in Lingfield High Street and will now be “popping-up” on a regular basis in our very own Lingfield Community Centre.

Pottery painting is a great way to unwind…. It’s simply a matter of choosing your ‘bare’ bisque (unpainted) item, which could be anything from a simple mug or plate to a gorgeous tea-pot, giant fruit bowl jug, or even butter dish and egg cups. Designs can be painted on with brushes, or why not have a dab with a sponge or guarantee yourself a great result with any of a wide range of stencils and rubber stamps.? And don’t worry if you don’t think you’ve got an artistic bone in your body… Lisa and Heather will show you easy, fail-safe methods to produce a masterpiece you can give as a present, or love so much you’ll want to put it on show for all to see! Once you’ve painted your item, Lisa then glazes and fires it in a kiln to give it that professional finish and then it’s ready for collection a week or so later.

Doodledish painting events are also a great way to celebrate a birthday or family get-together. Simply choose your date and time and let everyone release all that creativity. Party packages are available at just £15 per head. Call Lisa on 07402 757590 for more details.
