LDCC collects personal data in order to manage the centre, its bookings, finances and also for marketing purposes. This may include your name, address, telephone number, email address and, in some cases, financial information.

LDCC will use this information to manage bookings, payments and, if you agree, to contact you about events and services offered by LDCC. It may also be used to promote classes, groups and services at LDCC but only where you have given your specific consent for us to share it.

We take data security very seriously and will employ appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent personal information being lost, disclosed or accessed without authorisation.
Is personal information shared or disclosed?
Under normal circumstances, LDCC will not share personal information without your consent. (In exceptional circumstances, we may disclose information to the police in relation to the prevention and detection of crime or prosecution of offenders).
How long do we keep personal information?
LDCC will keep your information for a period appropriate to the business, financial and statutory requirements. For instance, booking information will be held for 3 years but financial and employment data may be held for longer. We undertake to only keep data which is necessary and relevant.
Access to your information and correction of errors
You have the right to know what personal information LDCC holds about you, where it is held and what it is used for. You also have the right to have it corrected if it is wrong, to prevent use which is causing them damage or distress or to stop marketing activity. You can apply for this information by writing to or emailing the Centre Manager.
How to withdraw consent
You can let us know at any time if you no longer wish to be contacted by LDCC. This may have implications on your business with us. If you unsubscribe from our mailing list, you will no longer receive information about LDCC events and services.

We will keep our privacy policy under regular review. Any changes to this policy will be recorded on this page. This policy was last reviewed in March 2022.
