After over 5 months of being closed, the Directors and staff at the Community Centre are delighted to announce that our doors are now open as we slowly and carefully start to bring the centre back to life.

We are doing all we can to protect our visitors and staff and are working with all our returning groups to keep the centre Covid safe. This includes the wearing of face coverings, regular cleaning, social distancing measures and encouraging good hygiene practices and regular handwashing.

From 1st September, the Centre Office will be open Monday to Thursday, 10am – 2pm (closed on Fridays) for general and booking enquiries, photocopying and hearing aid batteries. We regret that our coffee lounge, IT Room, toilets and other communal areas will not be open to walk-in visitors for the time being.

Understandably, some of our regular groups are not yet ready to return and we realise that it might take a while before things get back to how they were before Coronavirus struck. However, we are very happy that some activities are resuming from this week and hope that more will return over the coming weeks.
